How to create a role, register candidates and view reports

Follow this guide for steps to get started with testing on HiringBranch.

Create a Role

  1. Click + Create role

  2. Enter the role name in the Name field

  3. Select the date range in the Hiring period field (optional)

  4. Add the recruiter in the Assignee field (optional)

  5. Click Next

  6. Select the assessment in the Skills assessment field

  7. If proctoring should be enabled, toggle on Monitor session integrity

  8. Click Next

  9. Choose a cover and click Next

  10. Edit the completion message

  11. Click Finish

After the role is created, recruiters have the option to modify fields using the Edit option.

Register Candidates

  1. Click the role name

  2. Click Copy invite link

  3. Send this link to your candidates

View Reports

  1. Click the role name

  2. Click Started to view the candidates that have registered or started the assessment

  3. Click Completed to view the reports for completed assessments

  4. Click All time, Advance, or Reject to filter the records

To search for a candidate, enter their name or email in the Search bar
