Steps to reset a candidate’s password

Recruiters can reset a candidate’s password to help them regain access to their accounts.

Steps:

  1. Click Users (left main menu)

  2. Click the candidate's name

  3. Enter the new password in the Password field

  4. Click Update

  5. Share the password with the candidate
