Steps to send an assessment invite

Recruiters can send assessment invites by email to notify candidates that they have been assigned an assessment.

Steps:

  1. Click Groups (left main menu)

  2. Click the group name

  3. Click Learner(s) (tab 1)

  4. Select the checkboxes next to the candidates’ names

  5. Click Choose an Action

  6. Click Assessment invite

  7. Review and modify (if needed) the email text

  8. Click SEND

Optional Customizations:

Assessments invites can be customized with the following features. If you are interested in these customizations, contact your recruitment team administrator.

  • Modifiable Registration Links: The expiry date on registration links can be adjusted. If you have specific timelines for registrations, this feature ensures that the link remains valid for the designated duration.

  • Tailored Email Content: Customize the email subject and text to provide additional context about your recruitment process. You can include essential details such as contact information, instructions for next steps, and available resources.

  • Personalized Branding: Enhance your messaging by adding your organization’s logo to the email.
