Steps to create multiple candidate accounts

Recruiters create candidate accounts to give candidates access to the assessment.

Steps:

  1. Click Users (left main menu)

  2. Click Download CSV template. Please note that this file is case sensitive.

    1. In the file, enter the first name, last name and email address in the provided columns.

    2. For 'Role', enter Learner.

    3. The ‘Password’ can remain blank as the candidate can set this when they receive access.

    4. For 'Groups', paste the group name.

  3. Save the file in CSV format

  4. In the Users page, click Import CSV

  5. Select the file

  6. Click Open

  7. After loading, the user accounts should be listed
