Audio Player
The audio player now has a unified look and a better mobile experience across the platform. We've also made the following improvements:
Recording Auto-submit
All recordings will now submit automatically. Click Stop and the recording will be saved. The progress bar at the top of the window will show you when save is complete.
Worksheet Audio Waveforms
For long audio clips, instructors can now show a waveform in a worksheet. Enable the feature in the Settings menu.
Slow
Learners can now play back audio at half speed. Use the speedometer button to toggle the speed.
To remove the Slow option for learners, uncheck the box in the Settings menu.
Recording timer
See how long you've been recording for with the new recording timer. It's handy for activities with a suggested recording time.

SocioLearner activities now Autosave
Our SocioLearner activities now autosave just like worksheet. You no-longer have to worry about saving your work.
Model recording, Record-then-Check type
As before, learners need to make a recording before they can listen to the model.
Learners can make multiple recordings before the model recording appears. Just click Record. Click Stop to automatically save and submit the recording.
To check the model, click Confirm.
Model recording, Listen-then-Repeat type
As before, learners need to listen to the model to the end before they can make a recording.
After learners listen to the model, click Record to start. Click Stop to automatically save and submit the recording.
To erase and try again, click Record. Or to save an attempt and make a new recording, click Add New Recording.
Model recording, Simultaneously Listen and Record type
When learners click Record, the model will start to play. Learners can listen to the model while they make their recording. Click Stop to save and submit the recording.

New Worksheet Widgets and Features
HiringBranch Worksheets now support a new checkbox widget along with an updated fill-in-the-blank widget. We've also changed the behaviour of auto-scored items. The system will now show the student the correct answer after the 3rd attempt.
Checkbox Widget
The new checkbox widget allows you to create questions with more than one correct answer.
Fill-in-the-Blank (FITB) Widget
We've updated the FITB widget to now accept multiple correct answers. To indicate to the system alternate correct answers simply insert a horizontal line "|" between possible correct answers:
Example: The underline space will accept either blue, red or yellow as correct.
I like the colour blue | red | yellow for my bike!
