If you can't record, you may need to change your browser's microphone permissions. Navigate to the HiringBranch portal login site (portal.learningbranch.com/your_site
In Google Chrome:
Click the lock in the address bar and look for microphone permissions. Set permissions to "Always allow".

Click the lock in the address bar. If there aren't any special permissions, click the right arrow, then More Information.
In the window that pops up, open "Permissions." Look for Microphone settings and click "Always Allow".
