You can open a candidate profile to get a complete view of a candidate's performance and how they align with the role.
From the candidate profile, you can:
Explore skill-level performance
Compare against global benchmarks
Review session integrity
View an audit trail of reviewer activity and hiring decisions
Make or update a review status, then move to the next candidate
To open a candidate profile:
Click Roles in the left main menu
Open the role
Click the Completed tab
Click a candidate's name
The profile opens in a side panel. Click Open in full page to open it as a full page instead. Click the Previous candidate and Next candidate arrows to view additional profiles.
