Recruiter Overview

Welcome to the recruiter experience! Follow this guide to get started:

Logging In

  1. Visit the workspace link on your invite or app.hiringbranch.com/dashboard

  2. Enter your email address or log in with Google SSO

  3. Click Continue

Creating Roles

  1. Click + Create role

  2. Enter the role name in the Name field

  3. Select the assessment in the Skills assessment field

  4. Select the date range in the Hiring period field

  5. Add the recruiter in the Assignee field

  6. Click Next

  7. Choose a cover and click Next

  8. Edit the completion message

  9. Click Finish

*Note: After the role is created, recruiters have the option to modify these fields using the Edit option.

Registering Candidates

  1. Click the role name

  2. Click Copy invite link

  3. Send this link to your candidates

Viewing Reports

  1. Click the role name

  2. Click Started to view the candidates that have registered or started the assessment

  3. Click Completed to view the reports for completed assessments

  4. Click All time, Advance, or Reject to filter the records

*Note: To search for a candidate, enter their name or email in the Search bar
